Noble Fir is native to Oregon and only grows in the Pacific Northwest. Noble fir known for its beautiful symmetrical appearance is a tall conifer species found in the Pacific coastal ranges of North America at an altitude of 910-1680 m 3000-5500 ft. In its native habitat in the mountains of Pacific northwest it grows 180 to 270 feet tall.
When grown as a specimen tree it is shorter but this tall narrow tree still needs a large wide open landscape setting. It has long and pointy leaves that turn upward revealing the branches below. Noble firs are tall narrow evergreens with horizontal branches.
